Job Description

The Marketing Manager, SEA is responsible for developing and executing targeted consumer and merchant marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia.

This exciting role will lead consumer and merchant lifecycle marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA). The core role would be to provide the best possible experience for consumer and merchants through effective customer activation and retention activities in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution to drive consumer and merchant engagement in SEA (Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam).

  • Responsible for developing and execution of innovative consumer & merchant activation, retention and re-activation programs via all touch points including Email, display, SEM and web

  • Plan and execute lifecycle marketing programs for priority verticals, customer segments and markets

  • Partner with consumer and merchant marketing campaign owners to ensure tight integration of lifecycle activities with marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with other marketing initiatives, including digital acquisition.

  • Regular reporting of campaign and initiative KPIs to the business unit and other stakeholders.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and colleagues to enable and inform marketing activities.

  • Establish, and manage marketing vendor and agency relationships

  • Strong understanding of company’s products and stay on trend to new marketing trends and technologies
