The Marketing Manager, SEA is responsible for developing and executing targeted consumer and merchant marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia.
JOB PURPOSE :
This role will be responsible for developing consumer and merchant lifecycle marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA). The core role would be to provide the best possible experience for consumer and merchants through effective customer activation and retention activities in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution to drive consumer and merchant engagement in SEA (Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam).
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing programs for priority verticals, customer segments and markets.
Responsible for developing and execution of innovative consumer & merchant activation, retention and re-activation programs via all touch points including Email, display, SEM and web
Partner with consumer and merchant marketing campaign owners to ensure tight integration of lifecycle activities with marketing campaigns.
Assist with other marketing initiatives, including digital acquisition.
Regular reporting of campaign and initiative KPIs to the business unit and other stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional leaders and colleagues to enable and inform marketing activities.
Establish, and manage marketing vendor and agency relationships
Strong understanding of company’s products and stay on trend to new marketing trends and technologies
WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce or Fintech
Demonstrated know-how with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, mobile marketing, Social media marketing, retargeting via display/search/apps and Google analytics.
Prefer experience with digital acquisition via display marketing, SEM and social.
Prior experience in B2B marketing an advantage.
Highly analytical with a strong focus on ROI.
Independent, motivated self-starter who relishes working in a fast pace environment
Strong Language skills - written and spoken
Excellent presentation skills
Team player who can work effectively alongside other departments where there are mutual dependencies
