Description

Providing sales support for the FXLM business, covering FX, interest rates swaps, Bonds, and futures. The role will require to work closely with the CSS & Investor Sales team, interaction with operations/technology/product control to resolve issues, communication with clients, and participation in projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure trade integrity by checking the trade details input in the front office trade capture systems and raise discrepancies

  • Monitor trade life cycle events including novations, unwinds, amendments and allocations

  • Deal with clients regularly and attend to their queries

  • Assist sales with client onboarding and setup in our internal system

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports

  • Exception management and the ability to escalate appropriately

  • Ensure trades are in compliant with the regulation, both for regimes across APAC and globally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business, Finance, or Economics concentration

  • Previous experience working with Fixed Income products, preferably in a Middle Office or Operations capacity

  • Strong Excel skills (VBA would be a plus)

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and be self-motivated

  • Creative and open-minded

  • Good team player
