Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with at least 3 years’
hands-on implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud products, with
specialization in Recruiting and Absence Management modules.
Assist project team in the
Functional Consultant role in Oracle HCMCloud implementations
Configure, Setup and Implement system basedon Customer business requirements
Conduct training on product functionalityand implemented solution
Post Production Support includingtroubleshooting and resolving issues
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience inimplementing Oracle HCM Cloud products as a functional consultant
Skilled in Recruiting and Absence Managementmodules of Oracle HCM Cloud
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems,Technology, Engineering, Accounting/Business, Human Resource Management orEquivalent Experience
Excellent verbal and written English andLocal Language communication , active listening and interpersonal skills
Interest and Passion in learning andapplying new products and technologies to business
Demonstrate strong business process,analytical skills, problem solving skills
Experience in software full lifecyclemethodology
Able to work in a fast-paced environment toliaise with clients, sales, consulting, project management, and offshoredelivery center
Able to travel as needed in support ofassigned projects (about 50%)
Capable to work independently, takeinitiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team memberwith a willingness to help where needed
Good time management and organized
Good track record of adapting to newenvironments and learning quickly

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
