The Outlet Manager plans, directs and evaluates the operations of the outlet. She/he is responsible to guide and develop a new young & vibrant passionate team, ensuring compliance with our service standard, operating procedures and health & safety regulations. To maximize profitability and ensure customers satisfaction.

Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Monitor colleagues operation, guide, motivate, develop and counsel
Anticipate the volume of business considering hotel occupancy and community in general; determine the labor requirements for smooth and productive operation
Direct efficient and effective F&B; operation activities of the outlet.
Ensure that high quality standards are met
Ensure labor expenses control and productivity maintained
Plan and conduct tests to identify and improve weaknesses in service activities
Conduct training programs for employees focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing high expectations of a customer
Ensure maximization of revenue, forecasting , budget and restaurant revenue management
Review customer feedback/internal processes in customer interaction cycle and take corrective action for improvement
Ensure that all employees have full product knowledge of the menu, basic wine / sake and beverage knowledge
Analyze the outlet profit and loss statement to ascertain that all costs are in line
Ensure effective communication with kitchen staff
Plan/conduct weekly meetings and daily briefings
Plan biweekly Revpro meetings with F&B; marketing promotions execution and tactical offers
Preparation of annual budget and review monthly forecast
Minimum 2 years job experience in similar role at 5 Star Hotel (preferred )
Thorough knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
Marketing and financial analysis skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate, POS Micros
Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality or higher
Good command of spoken and written English & Japanese
