Provide analytical and program management support for Regional APAC capital management, engineering portfolio management and engineering projects governance, drumbeat and exception tracking as a PMO. Work on analytical insights to develop Regional APAC GME strategy frameworks and assist in developing a governance tracker for various GME portfolio activities.

Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as: Internal: Countries Engineering Leads, Engineering SMEs, Regional MEx, Global Make S&D, Global GME PMO. External: Global S&D team, Regional Strategic Sourcing, Regional Finance, Plan, Regional SFO, CCFS, and Facilities. Lead the Community of practice of the various country capex SME and provide linkages to the appropriate regional and global communities. Capability building of various capital, Instantis and Project management methodologies for engineering portfolio projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide analytical Capex cash flow & CAR tracking to the APAC GME team to effectively monitor Capex spends and forecasts.

  • Responsible for APAC Capex monthly reporting.

  • Analyze & track Regional APAC Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP) for GME Capital projects.

  • Partnering Regional Finance in finalizing APAC Capex budget on business planning cycle.

  • Monitor and track pending Capex approvals regionally.

  • Work on Platform, Product, Technology and Strategy Mapping across Regional APAC Make Capital projects.

  • Collaborate with the Countries Engineering Leaders for efficient program tracking, project management & cash flow management.

  • Collaborate within APAC Make for any data issues related to Capex in Instantis to ensure accurate data quality.

  • Support regionally for tracking Safety implementations related to Plant machinery.

  • Support and assist global engineering programs and portfolio activities.

  • Facilitate monthly Regional APAC GME review meeting and semi-annual F2F meeting.

  • Develop Capex governance tracking mechanism with Engineering COP.

  • Develop project execution trackers for regional APAC engineering projects.

  • Guide GME project leaders and users on Instantis if required.


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Engineering

  • High Ethical value and Credo Based

  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skill at all levels of the organization, including Sr. Management, Peer group, Team and Shop Floor Associates.

  • Demonstrated Strong Collaborative leadership
