Job Description


Quotes/new business development:

Ensure maximum use of System - Platforms

Demand early involvement in the sales cycle and portfolio decisions

(CRM) Act as the Technical Partner for the customer; support local Account Manager to identify new projects

Co-ordinate, input to and sign-off all new quotes, under the lead of the Business development Head

Project Management: Leadership

Define project targets (financials, schedules, quality and scope)

Lead a cross functional, multi-disciplinary team to meet all defined targets

Build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project teams

Develop and maintain the Project Plan in accordance with the valid processes (phases, deliverables, gates, etc.) throughout PLC.

Project Management: Supplier/Customer Relationship

Represent the project team in customer meetings and negotiations

Represent the project team in supplier meetings and negotiations

Coordinate with operations and plants to ensure successful product launch

Project Management: Change Management

Manage change and problem resolution activities, including impacts to project timing, budget, quality and risks

Lead and challenge the project team to provide innovative solutions to changes: lowest cost, shortest implementation lead time (DSR Champion)

Job Requirements


Minimum Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience preferably in consumer or automotive electronics field

Ability to multi-task.

Project management experience mandatory.

Lead by example, not by power. No direct subordinates, but leadership is required to organise new projects.

Energetic, organized and result-oriented.
