  • Lead Asia CPB business interests in global or cross-business programs / projects, and contribute to effort to build common practices, processes and platforms across regions.

  • Be responsible for program / project from start to end, involving requirements definition, functional specification verification, user acceptance testing and business change management / integration.

  • Liaise with project sponsors and regional business leads on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as to pro-actively manage expectations, buy-in, feedback and resolution of issues.

  • Lead analysis of business processes and data to validate business decisions or identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define and rationalize business requirements.

  • Facilitate working group and steer discussions to define scope/measurable goals, identify resources, and implement action steps required to achieve program objectives.

  • Ensure program / project is effectively planned, monitored and driven with key risks escalated and addressed.

  • Manage and prioritize pipelines of change demands for multiple applications.

  • Develop change management and communications plan to actively engage key stakeholders, as well as to provide training and post-implementation support to business users.

  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful project elements as best practices for subsequent projects.


  • Good bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in project management within wealth management environment

  • Excellent organizational and program / project management skills with proven track records on delivering large scale, dynamic, cross-functional programs to achieve financial results

  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with ability to remotely coordinate with various functions across different locations and time-zones

  • Able to work independently and as a team player to operate in a highly matrix-ed and ambiguous environment, as well as to navigate through global / regional organization structures for resolution of conflicting priorities

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills coupled with creativity and can-do attitude
