Job Description:

  • Bring new & innovative approaches to our digital marketing & customer engagement strategy through the identification of new channel, tracking and media opportunities

  • Ensure that we nurture a culture of data & insights-driven decisions through the use of digital analytics, social listening and online research

  • Lead the digital analytics & reporting strategy, including attribution models, for the region by bringing to life our Data & Insights Command Centre

  • Lead the development of our regional social media strategy & governance processes

  • Provide adequate guidance & support to the countries & businesses in their execution of social media campaigns

  • Ensure the upkeep, training, and adoption of our social media monitoring tools & user generated ratings & reviews platform

  • Grow digital communications and social media capabilities across the region

  • Provide strategic guidance for digital media planning across paid & earned platforms, and support regional demand generation programs through execution

  • Ensure maximum value realization out of the Asia deployment of our new global marketing automation platform

  • Share & present performance metrics related to customer engagement, to senior leaders in the businesses and countries

  • Share best practices, and opportunities that others can potentially benefit from

  • Maintain relationships with the global digital analytics, customer engagement & social media teams; keep informed & provide related information to in-country teams

Specifically you will:

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Expert in Social Media, SEM, display, web analytics and marketing automation

  • Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, problem solve and leverage multiple function/business/country support

  • Demonstrated experience with emerging digital marketing functionalities and a great affinity for learning and applying new technologies and staying abreast of new trends

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
