Job Summary

This role primary goal will work closely with the Regional Channels and Distribution Managers and their respective teams together with external Distributors and Partners to achieve the company’s bookings, revenue and profit goals. This position will report to the APAC Director Sales Operations and be responsible for Bookings, Backlog and Revenue forecasting, analysis and reporting with Partners and Distributors segmentation.

General Description and Overall Objectives

  • Manage and coordinate the forecast and pipeline management process and business reviews for the region. Drive and execute Sales behavior in line with the new Sales Strategy and Process. Reconcile and ensure data integrity in SFDC and Oracle in Bookings, Backlog, POS reports with strong problem solving skills. Manage Inventory and reporting with global sales operations and supply chain team.

  • Assisting Partners and Distributors in overcoming business challenges to ensure ease of doing business while ensuring deal closure and revenue recognition. Provide regular training/webinars on Zyme reporting to our distributors. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in POS, Backlog and Inventory reports from stocking distributors. Ensure timely backend rebates payment partnering with Revenue Recognition. Partner with IT and operations on ordering process setup.

  • Partner with Sales teams to achieve bookings and revenue goals in support of the company’s the short and long term objectives.

  • Analyze and report on sales trends by customer, country, verticals, pipeline creation, new vs existing customers, deal registration and other measures to ensure accurate target setting and governance (scorecard management) by partner and distributor.

  • Establish effective partnerships with peers across the business in Sales Operations, Sales, Channel and Distribution, Order Management, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, IT and Finance.

  • Partake, provide insight in Geo-specific M&A quote to cash activities.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business support in addition to recurring accountabilities.

Qualifications:

• Business or Finance graduate

• Minimum of 5 years of related finance/Sales Operations experience

• Experience with MS Excel, PPT, SFDC and Oracle

• Experience working with multi-channel large, dynamic sales organizations a plus
