Job Description

  • Prepares and maintains training material and lead the training of the sales teams as required to support sales tools, systems, processes and methodologies.

  • Coordinates and project manages standardized sales management processes across sales teams, including territory management, pipeline management,.

  • Consolidates, summarizes, and communicates the results of these processes with recommendations for suggested next steps.

  • Coordinates, project manages, and/or executes short-term initiatives in support of sales goals, sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and global consistency.

  • Collaborates in developing/enhancing global process, reports, and sales programs that facilitate efficient sales operations, effective sales execution, and improved management insight. Assists in the harvesting of successful local improvements for packaging and re-use across the world.

  • Defines and evolves standard templates for collecting sales updates and communicating them to executive leadership across Sabre Travel Network.

  • Contributes to defining business requirements for new sales systems/tools and enhancements to existing systems/tools. Participates in testing and rollout of new systems/tools and enhancements. Acts as a subject matter expert for the sales leadership and sales operations leadership in the use of sales systems/tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Master’s degree in business/technical field preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in sales operations, sales support, and/or sales in a business-to-business sales organization. Experience preferred in the travel/GDS industry, a SaaS vendor, or the software industry.

  • 3 years of experience in performing regional sales operations processes. Global experience is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience as a trainer.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
