Philips Lighting Sales Support Officer in Singapore, Singapore
Provide timely quotation for all projects to Key Account Managers (KAMs)
Assist team in timely submission of major tenders, making sure all documents are organized
Ensure all projects are entered in our sales system and clear visibility is established
Develop master file of cut-sheets/specification sheet through closely working with Lighting Application team and Product Marketing.
Follow up on quotations with end users and contractors and provide update to KAMs
Responsible for monthly billing update and lead/pipeline tracking closely working with Marketing team.
Ensure proper and timely execution of all orders in co-ordination with Supply Chain management (SCM) team after clear purchase order is received and project background explained. Take ownership of Post order execution.
Update customers and KAMS on possible date of deliveries, in co-ordination with SCM. Alert KAMs if there are changes on delivery dates

They are responsible for building, developing and expanding our project sales business. The Professional team is divided into 4 major segments – Retail and Hospitality, Office & Industry, Public Sector and Value Added Partners.

We are looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years working experience in a back-office administrative role, preferably in a fast phased manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable with purchase order and tender preparation
Experience using sales system - Salesforce or other ERP system and advance Microsoft excel skills is an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
