Financial “forensics”, target realization andbudget management linked to:

  • ZBBPeople cost packages for AMEA region (Intergrated Supply Chain andIntergrated Supply Chain Human Resource)

  • Budgetmanagement related to Intergrated Supply Chain HR spend on non people costpackages

This role will require tight linkage with multipleteams across finance and HR, such as

Intergrated Supply Chain Finance

Rewards team

Intergrated Supply Chain HR Business Lead

  • Duties include:

Work with finance to ensure expenses are being recorded accurately, track cross charges and follow up on accruals and reclassifications needed

Support HR Controller in:

  • Supplychain and manufacturing HR Headcount/FTE reporting and management,including vacancies

  • Trackmonthly overheads (People (AMEA ISC) and non people (AMEA ISC HR) vs.budget and ensure delivery

  • Developmentof action plans to deliver savings targets

  • EnsureHR Leaders have clarity on budget spent and budget left

  • Workon cost projections and scenarios as needed

  • Analyticsrelating to Rewards assumption

  • Managecreation and tracking for Appropriation requests relating to Supply Chainprojects having people impacts

Do you have what it takes?

  • Businessdegree in Accounting or Finance, M.B.A. preferred.

  • Minimum6 years of working experience with 3-5 years in Finance or AccountingManagement or Rewards experience

  • Goodanalytical and communication skills, collaboration and partnership withinFinance and HR

  • Orientationtowards details and driving results, proactive, resourceful

  • Extensivepractical system knowledge (SAP/Other Costing Systems, advanced Excel)

  • Strongteam player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders

  • Stronginfluencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams

  • Professionalaccounting designation CPA, CMA, CGA and/or MBA in Accounting/Financewould be an asset.

  • Self-starter,stand-alone

  • DemonstratedProject and Change Management abilities
