Seeking a strategic marketing professional with expertise in creative development and execution of marketing creative services working cross functionally with Talent Acquisition Leaders, programs, and internal marketing teams to drive employer brand value, awareness, candidate engagement, and quality job applications for SAP.
Are you a prolific and talented content creator that has experience in writing, designing, and producing various types of content to expand SAP’s digital footprint as a great place to work? This role requires a experience in strategy, creativity, design, and project management skills to collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and key stakeholders on optimizing deliverables.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, track, analyze and present best strategies to effectively attract candidates to SAP
Develop monthly content pieces to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include blog, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, interview tips, templates, webinars, live video, etc.)
Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote SAP EVP and open positions (content would live via Career site, SAP blog, ‘Life at SAP’ social accounts, Glassdoor, email, among others)
Grow our Talent Community subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests
Collaborate with designers, recruiters, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our target audience
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Past experience producing video content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) experience
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, RMK/RCM (HCM Suites), basic syntax is a plus
