Position Title Senior Environmental Consultant, EIA (Singapore)

AECOM has over 700 environmental staff available in the Asia region, primarily in our offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong, New Delhi, Mumbai, Tokyo, and Taipei and Kaohsiung. Of direct relevance to this project, we are leaders in Environmental Impact Assessment, site soil, groundwater and sediment contamination assessment and remediation and Quantitative Risk Analysis, with extensive experience in the Asia region. We offer high quality, innovative services on Environmental and social impact assessments, monitoring, management plans, audits, site selection etc. Our team provides full support to local and overseas governments and private clients on a variety of impact assessment and related works. We also routinely collaborate with our professional colleagues across geographies, including our offices throughout Europe, North America and Australia.

We will provide ongoing management and technical training and a structured programme of professional development as well as the day to day support you require to develop your skills in noise, vibration and acoustics.
Independently managing Environmental impact assessment of large terrestrial infrastructure projects,
Capable of writing winning proposals for EIA and individual air/ noise specific consultancy projects
Capable of writing generic sections of EIA, and qualitative impact assessment sections.
Take ownership of report writing, expectations of report sections write up from various subject experts such as air quality, noise, water quality, ecology.
Produce technical emails and present to authorities
Attend design team meetings
Strong communication skills and ability to guide graduates and interns
Strong report writing and Excel skills
Moderate to high competence in using AutoCAD / GIS or other drafting software would be advantage
Moderate competence in using softwares of environment use such as GIS, SoundPlan, AutoCAD, CALINE, AERMOD, or similar softwares used in EIA would be a requirement
BSc/MSc/BTech/MTech degree in Environment or related engineering/science discipline
Minimum five years experience in managing environmental impact assessment projects
