IBM Senior IT Specialist in SINGAPORE, Singapore
Technical Team Lead, responsibility is to provide solutions to technical issues and ensuring any new enhancement / development meets the technical specifications and design.
Participate in project audits and reviews with external team(s).
Transformation of client request to proper documentation with client agreement. Need to engage with client to find out their requirement. Need to include client in all stages of development, testing and deployment to get the client satisfaction/agreement to the highest level.
To perform effort estimation, project planning and scheduling, and requirements management.
To perform analysis, design, development, customization and implementation of software applications using Java/J2EE and new stack technologies
Manage daily, weekly, monthly process changes which may affect the team and react to and resolve issues .
Gathering the requirement from the end user, analyzing the requirement and debugging the programs to understand the issues and make modifications.
Involved in business process study, designing, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, post implementation support, documentation and User training.
Preparing documentation, carrying out the configuration, work with technical team on development, testing and moving the code to production system.
Responsible for implementation and supporting Java/J2EE specific solutions to sales and distribution module.
Act as the point of escalation for Client management for unresolved issues and emergency outages.
Managing daily, weekly, monthly process changes which may affect the team and reacts to and resolves issues inside and where practical, outside department.
Analyzing schedule, planning for SIT/UAT and planning for production deployment.
Preparing SOW, WBD, analyzing requirement and providing feedback to client.
