Duties & Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships at all levels within client organization and become their trusted partner for travel related matters.
Develop account plans through strong understanding of client’s business strategy, goals, priorities and key issues.
Research and analyse broad economic trends on how it impacts the client’s travel spend.
Improve profitability where possible through pricing adjustment, technology introduction or any other up-selling opportunities.
Conduct business reviews with clients and provide them with strategic insights on better program management.
Assess and alert internal stakeholders globally on risk accounts. Work with both clients and internal departments on recovery plans that address the root cause of issues.
Collaborate within the team and across various departments to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for ad-hoc projects as required.
Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Proven track records in growth/profitability of client portfolio.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels comfortably.
Creative thinker who can work independently and also with a closely knitted team.
Prior exposure in travel/airline industry will be preferred.
Strong analytical skill and enjoy working with data.
