Job Overview Full secretarial and administrative support for Singapore office.

-Manage all appointments and schedules of Singapore site lead and other managers that maybe assigned. This includes internal meetings, calls and external appointments, all travel arrangements including travel tickets, hotel and rental car bookings, VISA arrangement, preparation of agenda as well as relevant documents and information required.

-Prepare, submit and follow up all expense claims, verify corporate credit card billings and make payments of business related bills for manager and others that may be assigned.

-Manage season greeting cards, anniversaries and other important dates of key business associates and business partners of Qualcomm.

-Manage and coordinate agenda of visitors to manager and others that may be assigned.

-Respond to various general correspondences independently and provide summary updates on a regular basis to manager and others where appropriate.

-Support TCE Singapore administrative, accounting and finance functions.

-Logistical support for TCE internal events/meetings.

-Carry out physical approval of internal workflow and requisitions in the system upon receiving approval from manager.

-Other secretarial tasks that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications -Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years prior administrative/secretarial experience. At least 3 years as personal assistant or executive secretary to senior level management, preferably in high tech multi-national company.

-Proficient in use of PC software and applications including MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel is required.

-Ability to handle complex internal processes, IT systems, expense reports, travel arrangements.

-Fluency in English and also an effective communicator, both verbal and written, in the English language.

-Experience interfacing with external customers, e.g., government officials, regional consultants

-Good key stake holder management skills, ability to respond to internal customer needs and coordinate events/meetings effectively.

-Good organizational skills.
