J&J Family of Companies Senior Project Analyst in Singapore, Singapore

The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for organizing and managing the project integration, facilitating the communications across different Finance teams and managing day-to-day operations.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and maintain overall project plan for FP&A deployments and Continuous Improvement Projects for Business Support COE and Technology in AsPac that is aligned with global standards

  • Track and report on the completion of deployment deliverables

  • Ensure execution of project is aligned with global standards such as Implementation Playbook and global model

  • Manage inter-function interdependencies within the project to ensure successful delivery

  • Follow up on action items from stakeholders and drive closure to open items as part of Continuous Improvement initiatives

  • Highlight project risks and issues and propose mitigation plans

  • Coordinate governance activities

  • Coordinate and support preparation of program communications, both internal and external

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5 years of generic Finance experience or 3 years of Finance Project experience

  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

  • Solid Accounting/Financial skills

  • Good command of English

  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with intra- and cross- functional teams

Desirable

  • Major in Accounting or Finance

  • Strong project management, processes and TM1 systems knowledge

  • Experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analytics processes

  • Experience with Project Management
