Job requirements

  • Strategize, coordinate, and follow up on all recruitment activities for assigned business lines

  • Build a strong talent pipeline for assigned business lines

  • Build and maintain strong business partnering relationships with the various business lines

  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with recruiting partners, educational institutes, community partners, search firms, temporary staffing agencies, professional associations, and other organizations that provide recruitment value

  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events including job fairs, conferences, meetings, etc. and represent & effectively provide information about our organization to interested attendees

  • Conduct weekly requisition hiring activity audits to ensure complete & timely documentation

  • Monitor & maintain integrity of requisitions on Applicant Tracking System to ensure the recruitment activity is accurately reported

  • Provide day to day support regarding the recruiting process and Applicant Tracking System

  • Ensure delivery of recruitment services, including meeting Recruiting Service Levels

  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand requirements of positions within the area / region / business line and provide innovative solutions for sourcing candidates


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a resourcing role

  • Creative and resourceful in talent sourcing and pipelining

  • Excellent Business Partnering acumen

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong HSSE culture

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Willing to work and succeed as a team

  • Self-directed and motivated


  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas and/or EPC environment

  • Prior experience dealing with International assignees and Global Mobility

  • Experience with hiring blue collar workers
