Job Purpose & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for realisation of supply by managing and delivering to meet demand Plan

  • Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain pipeline as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels per the targeted Plan

  • Analyze demand volume in order to carry out production, inventory and supply planning

  • Support Stable Operations of local plants to accomplish Goals

  • Proactively support and participate actively in EHS activities

  • Engage in APO CTM Planning and responsible to convert STR to STO as required

  • Execute "Planning Run (MRP) analyze result to action, monitor inventory levels & compares to Inventory/Order demand, monitor and Solve daily planning issues to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing

  • Solve alerts on a daily basis by connecting with other departments like Procurement and MFG to prevent changing the customer promise date

  • Hand over the purchase requisitions to Procurement

  • Responsible to maintain RUI for internal Key raw planning till CTM is ready

  • Key Stakeholders of Supply Planning in CTM process and master data ownership

  • Act as key contact for affiliate Buy sell to support changes in Plan and assess fulfillment risk & opportunity to the Business

  • Manage inventory levels to targets (include aged & obsolete) & Safety Stock and scrap

  • Responsible for informing/correcting when master data or transactional data is incorrect

  • Plan and monitor material movement between manufacturing sites when required

  • Support SCM projects when necessary

  • SKU approximately 600+ active items


  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or relevant discipline

  • With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluent in English language

  • Exposure to Management, SCM, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance related training courses.

  • Ability to make sound decision at critical time

  • Effective Communication skills, both oral and written

  • Any ERP systems related (SAP, etc) preferably APO knowledge

  • IT knowledge preferred (MS Office, especially Excel)

  • Peoples Management

  • Conflict Management

  • Critical thinking Meticulous and analysis skills essential
