Department: Premium Engagements (PE) Go-to- Market APJ (GCO Services Sales)
Premium Engagement GTM & Sales team consist of SSEM teams across APJ & the APJ PE GTM Lead. The team 25 members strong and is responsible for driving the sales for one of the fastest growing and strategic Lines of Service/ Business in SAP.
In order to accelerate the customer adoption of S/4 HANA at which is the Core of SAP’s digital transformation strategy, SAP DBS has set the strategy to support this key initiative by building PE Packages for S/4 HANA. This will see increased activities in the areas such as (not limited to): the roll-outs of these new PE Package offerings to the various MUs, Enablement of the Services Sales teams, a new BD & GTM strategy including Partners, building additional collaterals to support sales, new reporting requirements, Contractual & Commercial support, additional marketing activities and a ramp-up of new hires in the team.
In order to support these additional activities as well as the on-going PE business which also has high growth targets for 2017, we would like to request for an Intern as an additional resource /head count to support the team.

PE Operational Support & Reporting
PE Demand Generation
Supporting PE Central Sales Team
S/4 HANA GTM & Sales Activities: Support the roll-out of S/4 HANA PE Packages
Help set-up & manage Enablement Sessions and collect feedback
Communications – roll-outs, updates, jam , blogs
Help develop APJ /MU specific collaterals to drive PE GTM and support Sales
Maintain Team Documents portal up to date
- PE Operational Support & Reporting
Assist with Operational reporting requirement such as S/4 HANA KPIs for Services Sales
Reporting Support HANA Campaigns such as Move4HANA, License Attach
Ongoing support for PE business – run rate reports, ATMs
Assist with other reporting /operational queries to support requests from GCO/GSS management
Help drive CRM accuracy and cadence
- PE Collaterals
Help build deal/customer specific PE collaterals to support Sales opportunities
Build APJ specific PE collaterals for deals, Enablement, roll-outs
Support new hire enablement
Help drive the PE reference program
- PE Marketing
Support PE Marketing efforts – PE events such as PE Forums, Summits, Info-days
Assist with PE topics in SAP internal events
Help develop internal marketing collaterals and campaigns
Assist with Social Media support for PE. S/4 HANA
- PE Demand Generation
- Help PE Demand Generation activities to drive 3X pipe – support campaigns, identify relevant data points, collaborate with GSS /other LoS Job Skills Required : High Proficient in MS Office tools – power point, word, excel General Skills/ Capabilities: Strong written communication in English language, exposure to technology related activities such as a user of software systems, social media savvy, analytical skills, team player.
