Procter & Gamble Supply Network Operations - Site Integrated Planning (SIP) Planner in Singapore, Singapore

__ _The__SIP Planner_is responsible for developing and communicating valid daily production schedules for finished products and material requirements, consistent with the operating strategies of the Categories/Sites, using Standard Work Processes. The planner also reports and analyzes key SIP Performance metrics to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost, and customer service. The SIP Planner role is the core operational planning role in the Planning Service Center (PSC).

  • Maintains master data in SAP
  • Communicates material requirement plans to suppliers and resolves conflicts
  • Maintains valid production and supplier schedules in SAP
  • Communicates the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations and resolves conflicting priorities
  • Manages run-out, discontinued, and obsolete materials
  • Measures and drives continuous improvement via regular Standard Work Processes
  • Participates in developing and renewing supplier Site-Level Execution Agreements (SLEAs)
  • When the role includes material planning responsibilities
  • Identifies critical supply constraints and develops action plans to avoid service impacts

  1. Minimum Diploma with background/skills in Engineering/Logistics, Information Technology/Computer Science, or Math/Statistics/Finance & Accounting
  2. No more than 4 years’ of relevant experience
  3. Strong analytical and data management skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills
  5. At least intermediate PC skills (specifically MS Excel)
  6. Strong aptitude for computers and technology
  7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Able to interact comfortably with all levels/types of people
  9. Operational excellence
