Philips Talent Acquisition Administrator in Singapore, Singapore

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Function as well as extending some support to the local and regional team within Asia.

You are responsible for

  • Calendar management and scheduling of meetings along with other administrative matters such as expenses claims, meeting minutes etc.

  • Coordinate across various time-zones and work closely with other Secretaries / Executive Assistants.

  • Manage travel arrangements such as booking of flights, hotels and transfers – be flexible and resourceful to handle last minute changes with contingent planning required.

  • Provide regional coverage and support your superior’s direct reports on certain administrative matters.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analysis and presentations to be presented to various stakeholders.

  • Work with TA leaders in India, Japan, ASEAN and Greater China to drive process compliance and synergies in the Asia market

  • Keep track and report on campus hiring activities in Asia region

  • Drive TA project tracking in the Asia region

  • Collate and prepare hiring data for quarterly reporting and analysis

  • Support local management team in travel and reimbursement

You are a part of

The bigger Asia Pacific Team who sits across Philips offices in India, Japan, Greater China as well as other countries within ASEAN Pacific. Your role will be based in Singapore, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in the administrative/secretarial function

  • Good at minutes taking

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong team player

  • Resourceful and independent

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve

  • Initiative, takes ownership and possess a strong sense of urgency
