This individual will help manage many of Maker’s creator and artist partners, and will be responsible for helping to facilitate their audience, brand and sales growth by providing guidance, support and by connecting them to the many resources within Maker Studios and it’s parent The Walt Disney Company. The role has oversight of top talent in key Asian markets.
The ideal candidate is passionate about online and television platforms and producing, working with people and fostering a community, has an account manager’s organizational skills, thrives in a self-starter environment and has prior audience development experience, preferably at Maker.
Natural problem solver with strong strategic thinking skills
Passionate about devising and executing new tactics for growing online audiences.
Social and passionate about YouTube channels and social media
Knowledge of YouTube channels and best practices, and online video in general
Knowledge of brand integration packages / syndication / merchandising etc.
Well networked in the Maker community with employees and talent
Prefer English speakers with second language skills: Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Korean, Bahasa
Experience of having lived or worked in more than one continent
Strong spirit of entrepreneurship and adventure
Microsoft Suite and Salesforce experience is a plus
