Japanese Speaking Administrative Officer , Core Business Services, Singapore

As part of our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. The Opportunity

You will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services for all of our EY member firms. Our ESS professionals span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management, creative design, tax return processing, file management and emergency preparedness.

Your key responsibilities

  • Meeting arrangement – You will be making or coordinating meeting room bookings and you will arrange audio/video conferencing, telepresence and/or online meeting according to EY conferencing guidelines.

  • Travel – You will be arranging and coordinating individual travel for customer base in a timely and professional manner. You will be arranging and coordinating group engagement tem travel bookings where a Senior Manager is travelling with a team. You will be assisting in doing research, obtaining passport and etc. Adhering to firm wide policy and EY tools in performing the above.

  • General administrative Service- You will be collating, and do bulk printing, conducting general information search, preparing payment requisition forms, and seeking required approval/s for payment. In addition, you will be ordering office stationery and business cards printing, coordinating small projects providing cost effective solutions and working seamlessly with other ESS and CBS functions. Other ad hoc general administrative duties.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Fluent in English and able to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders

  • GCE 'O' Level or above

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a team administrative role.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
