Support the production of 19 country-specific UPS Rate & Services Guides to support the 2016/17 UPS Rate Change
Draft copy and/ or edit content as needed to support Customer Communications materials such as customer letters, service updates and talking points.
Liaise with vendors, District and Country Marketing to coordinate CRM and Customer communications projects (eg: coordinate translations, print orders, proofreading, CRM program reporting, etc.)
Develop a proposal for leveraging digital and social media for customer engagements.
Develop reporting templates to track and monitor CRM deployment of local CRM promotion playbook
Conduct market/ competitive research on CRM programs and identify gaps/ opportunities to help UPS win better in this region.
Work with the team's direct Supervisor on any other projects as needed.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing or Communications
Possesses strong coordination skills; able to work across various levels and functions
Possesses basic data analytical skills
Possesses good understanding of social and digital channels
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Able to do simple content editing
Ability to write well is a plus
