APAC Marketing Customer Relationship Management Intern-039857
The intern is tasked with developing a small business customer engagement plan (Small Business Engagement Plan) for 2nd tier APAC countries (10 countries excluding China and Hong Kong).
Generate a view of key customer engagement programs/tactics by major competitors and top e-commerce sites through research and data gathering (i.e. content, channels, mechanics etc)
Summarize findings and provide insights for input to small business engagement strategy and planning
Analyze customer data and create a profiling model of key small business customer target group
Propose and recommend customer engagement plan with customer experience in mind, including tactics which can be used for immediate implementation
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Strategy related courses (preferred)
Strong data analytical skills
Excellent skill in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Access is an advantage.
Good communication skills, written & verbal (English)
Good time and project management skills
