  1. Support countries that have already kicked off NPA
  • Provide operational support for countries as NPA Tool Super User

  • Solve NPA tool issues as raised by countries in day to day usage of tool

  • Escalate NPA Tool issues to ITS when necessary (single point of contact)

  • Provide guidance and support (e.g. roll out to further Touch Points and/or areas/functions) for existing countries already on NPA

  • Deployment and roll out for all APEC countries for the new tool

  1. Facilitate know-how/BDP exchange between countries
  • Maintain NPA Tool as Regional Super Admin

  • Administer NPA Tool for countries (control country admin users; monitor and drive compliance of country admins, etc. )

  • Identify issues and improvement areas and fix/solve

  1. Communicate / promote NPA
  • Provide updates on NPA progress & performance to management

  • Work with countries to improve the projects effectiveness

  • Share BDPs and promote NPA in internal DP DHL media

  1. Drive Country deployments for countries who have yet to launch NPA
  • Onboard countries who have not launched NPA and ensure proper NPA rollout

  • Assist rollout guide to local environment

  • Drive SMT discussion and decisions (set-up, scope,etc.)

  • Support with NPA and NPA Tool set-up in country

  • Train and coach Country NPA Team

  1. Define / refine NPA concept and set-up
  • Develop current governance and support structure into sustainable set-up and managecommunication & BDP exchange

  • Implement NPA Tool updates etc.

  • Drive continuous improvement of overall NPA approach/set-up

  • Represent AP and contribute in Global ‘NPA Steering Committee’

  1. Drive NPA Tool development / refinement
  • Identify improvement areas and translate into change requests

  • Drive new developments (e.g. reporting tool, new functionalities)

  • Align change request with other Regions NPA representatives

  • Manage continuous refinement and deployment needs

  1. Management Reporting
  • Prepare functional reports for NetOps SMT meeting, NOMM calls, APMB meeting, Country Ops Review, GMB, NetOps Excom

  • Prepare FC, NPA & NetOps CIS report for management reporting

  1. Compliance
  • Coordinate and drive compliance program and update in APEC

  • Drive awareness and organize training from Global

  1. First Choice Program Support
  • Support FC program including training, certification administration

  • Support on-site rollot of FC tools

  • Provide administrative support of Regional First choice office’s needs.

  1. Ad hoc responsibilities
  • Support yearly events such as NetOps Conference, FC regional meeting, etc.

  • Compliance administrative matters in support of Regional First choice office’s needs

  • Develop skills in basic First Choice tools with a view to be eventually a First Choice Advisor (Green belt equivalent)


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related area

  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills

  • Computer,MS Office proficiency

  • Training/ Facilitation qualification(s)

  • Project Management skills
