This is for ASEANFusion HCM lead consultant role, focusing on SaaS HCM solutions. Thisrole will work in delivery projects, as HCM solution architect to ensuredelivery quality, margin and customer success. The HCM Lead will act as a'trusted advisor' to the large HCM customers in the region.
The role alsorequires end to end experience in consulting opportunity pursuit including RFPresponse, conducting requirement workshops, solution value establishment, andpresentation to senior client business and IT teams, sizing and estimation ofdelivery efforts and client stakeholder management in the consulting salesprocess.
The role requiresstrong HCM domain knowledge, in Core HR, Absence, Benefits management, talentmanagement, recruitment and learning management areas.
Extensive and broadsolution architecture expertise involving HCM business processes for multiplelarge, regional implementations is a must.
The role willprovide deep technical and architecture guidance to project teams in support ofsolution design and development during project execution.
Exposure to anycloud/SaaS HCM product and implementation methodology will be a distinctadvantage for the role.
The role requires atleast 10 years of implementation experience of HCM suite of products, with atleast 2 large multi-region end-to-end implementation experiences as afunctional lead consultant.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
