Position

  • To assist the Communications Director to manage the image of the Maison with specific mission on Corporate, Mens Universe (including watchmaking) & social media across the South Asia zone, within the guidelines of LVM Paris

  • To support all country communication managers within the South Asia zone to ensure performance & excellence

  • To assist in the planning and driving of Communication strategies to be in line with global direction and to ensure business objectives are met regionally

    Profile
  • Degree in PR / Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications

  • 5 years’ of relevant experience in a managerial capacity with regional exposure

  • Industry experience in luxury goods or services, Advertising/PR (e.g. luxury goods companies, luxury cars, cosmetics, hotel & PR or Advertising agencies)

  • Established good relations with media/press/KOLs

  • An individual who seeks excellence in his/her work, possess strong interpersonal & organization skills, results oriented, has a strong eye for details and the ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines

  • Able to and comfortable with travel across Asian region and Europe

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • To maintain Louis Vuitton on the highest editorial ranking in South Asia with qualitative visibility and in-depth features in key titles and key KOLs

  • To coordinate Louis Vuitton Foundation activities with the appointed PR agency

  • To implement international communications strategy in South Asia

  • To liaise with head office to promote the zone and to maximize its visibility by providing feedback as well as sharing zone achievements on daily basis

  • To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow with country Communications Managers, based on mutual understanding and trust

  • To support the local initiatives and make sure that they are meeting the international standards and execution

  • Pro-actively support the country teams, encouraging major localized projects and events

  • To oversee the press samples rotation and maximize their visibility in press

  • To optimize the Communications exposure thanks to regional syndications and multi-countries initiatives

  • Daily collaboration with merchandising and client development team to build 360 implementation strategies and to optimize costs

  • To handle Spokespersons interviews and to organize trips for press attendance at fashion shows and various international events

  • To coordinate regional presentations with events agencies and third parties

  • To identify and target best online platform for online publications and conceive dedicated angles

  • Responsible for Copywriting and work with agencies as well as printers on press tools development and scheduling

  • Identify local talents: celebrities, socialites, digital influencers

  • Monitor the share of voice (i.e. visibility with the press) and deliver reporting data on a monthly basis to top management

  • To monitor the budget expenditure of specific projects and to work with finance on invoicing as well as monthly accruals
