To assist in achieving sales revenue and market share target by supporting the spine surgery cases as per instructed.
To ensure that Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regards to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customers contact.
Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Actively promote Medtronic products to Surgeons.
Provide technical support for use of instrument in spine surgery.
Assist nurses in preparing the instrument prior to surgery and ensure the right instruments are used during surgery.
Support sales representatives in providing after hours on call support and technical in-services to customer.
Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to sales representatives and sales manager.
Relationship building with key stakeholders
Ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.
Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
Participate in the case standby duty roster.
Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor or team leader/coordinator.

Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic OT or medical device Pharma industry setting.
Orthopedic scrub nurse or previous sales experience in medical device will have added advantage.

- Diploma in Nursing or relevance with minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience from a medical or similar industry.
