Position

  • Manage new products communication with operators for each Sales Cycle

  • Collect and prepare all product information related to Marketing plan

  • Communicate suggested quantities (quotas) per reference

  • Communicate tariffs

  • Follow-up on products availability date

  • Process and follow-up all customers' orders

  • Ensure a smooth ordering process and calendar for all customers

  • Check orders consistency versus customers' assortment

  • Follow-up and track status of orders till shipment

  • Follow-up missing items and inform customers

  • Assist customers with any claims procedure or quality issue

  • Ensure a smooth ordering process to meet OCD (on counter date)

  • Check orders consistency versus customers' assortment & quotas

  • Follow-up and track status of orders till shipment

  • Create backorders for missing items when requested

Point of Sales Materials

  • Prepare shipping plan per initiative with quantities and delivery points

  • Validate plan with local commercial team (Retail Manager & Visual Merchandiser)

  • Tag POSM with saleables shipment when possible to avoid additional cost

  • Update shipping plan once quantities are sent out

  • Manage returns and destructions processes

  • Check proposed returns/destructions versus approved discontinuations and assortment

  • Establish Credit or Debit note according to commercial agreements (tariff compensation, ...)

  • Prepare reports and analyses

  • Update sell-in portfolio report on a weekly basis versus monthly outlook

  • Update the teams' operational tools on a weekly / monthly basis

  • Analyze orders on best sellers versus average ordered over the last three months

  • Prepare monthly scorecard (lost sales value and top references)

    Profile
  • Able to start in End September/Early October

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must (Especially Excel)

  • 2 to 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry

  • Good team-playing skills

  • Good analysis skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills

  • Knowledge of SAP
