Position

Market Demand

  • Ensure adequate processing of orders of Make Up Forever Lbeauty customers in Asia- Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia) and agent in Australia, via mass upload and/or manual key-in in SAP

  • Analyze the orders to reach agreed Service Level and respect local customers’ constraints

  • Provides Sales team with timely and accurate information about product availability and shipping status

  • Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders

  • Issue invoices

  • Secure the availability of products for launches

  • Liaise with Supply Planning team to ensure optimum product availability in warehouse and order fulfillment

  • Follow the shipment claims, coordinate country return process, and issue credit note / debit note for settling the discrepancies

Supplying

  • Liaise with customers and external suppliers to manage the process of supplying specific POSM items in Asia- Pacific (M.U.S.T., Gondolas…)

  • Be in charge of the system update for all Purchase Orders

Reporting

  • Provide service report to enable customer to monitor the service level

  • Issue and analyze logistics reports

Profile
  • 2 to 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry

  • Good team-playing skills

  • Good analysis skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Knowledge of SAP
