Overview

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is a leading provider of Loyalty and Rewards services to financial institutions and merchants across the Asia Pacific region. Headquartered in Sydney, we are Australia€™s leading rewards program manager, with a growing footprint across the region into key markets such as China, Hong Kong, India, and Japan.

The Issuer loyalty team is responsible for defining and creating Customer centric Loyalty Value Propositions for our issuing partners, incorporating the three key pillars in Loyalty; Rewards, Offers and Benefits

Aligning with the Global Issuer Loyalty team to look at how we , Accelerate, Optimize and Build in key markets across AP

Partnering with the GP&S businesses to develop and execute on the global PLS strategies in alignment with local markets,

Partnering with Services team to create a bundled services approach to grow Services revenue and power our core business.

Understanding best practice Loyalty Solutions models in global markets, and identifying opportunities to embed into the AP model.

Do you have a good understanding of a regional business model, understanding the nuances of developing and developed markets?

Have you created new products including business case, GTM and project management ?

Have you have a deep understanding of payments products?

Role:

Align with the Regional Product team to develop a roadmap by market to deliver PLS solutions (Credit, Debit, Commercial & PrePaid.) + Optional Bundles that drive revenue for loyalty and support core GDV and account growth objectives

Work with in market loyalty teams to develop locally relevant bundled B&I solutions to drive Core product differentiation.

Identify opportunities for Services bundles including advisors & processing develop a GTM roadmap for key markets

Define regional framework including measures of success, e.g. monetizing for value of bundles for loyalty

Strengthen MA internal position as Loyalty Best Practice with Key issuers and Industry
