ERP EPM Sales Development Lead Generation Manager
Responsible for Market Growth of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Pillar in India region
Promote cross Pillar SaaS opportunities to leverage our end to end SaaS offering
Owner of the Build, Sign-off and good Execution of Regional Integrated Go To Market (GTM) Demand Generation Plan for ERP EPM, with potential implementation of changes to the plan if required.
This GTM Demand Generation plan has to be aligned with the APAC GTM defined for the pillar
Identifying and influence key local stakeholders (Customers, Analysts, Partners, Marketing, Demand Generation Group, Influencers) to increase market share of the ERP & EPM solutions, through a set of activities like:
Delivery at Field events and customer meetings to present Pillar strategy
Delivery of Customer Journey mapping for the pillar or other Sales or Marketing events
Production of local references to support GTM and Mid-year plan
Coordinating local Demand Generation board to analyze future quarter's pipeline progression, identify gaps and propose corrective actions if necessary
Providing field feedback to product management team, prioritize and influence any “must have” functionalities specific to the region
Support enablement of sales play information, collateral and execution to field reps
Essential Skills & Experience
Business Degree essential, ideally Finance/Accounting related
Experience in a similar Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation role is preferred and will be prioritized
IT industry, ideally IT vendor experience preferred

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.
Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
