World Wide Technology Inc., Business solutions provider currently has an opportunity available for a Global Supply Chain Analyst in APAC region.This position is located in Singapore.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing support to the Global Enablement Team as well as supporting 5S and Continuous Improvement Projects for the Global Operations


  • Leads, supports, and motivates peers and operational teams to reach performance and quality goals.

  • Provide system support to global operations:

  • Provide break/fix support of current WWT supply chain programs using Oracle ERP, CLR, and WMS, Material Planning Systems, existing Customer Integrations, and all other WWT web based reporting tools.

  • Provide software enhancement recommendations and general support across the supply chain after evaluating current and relevant support requests from teams we support.

  • Execution of software application test scenarios of current and new WWT systems and guide user acceptance testing with the global teams we support.

  • Understands how current WWT systems interact and can reasonably predict how changes will impact organizational flows and existing operational process.

  • Supports maintenance of new and current global distribution facility processes and software solutions.

  • Actively support and drive improvements to existing processes by:

  • Possess a solid knowledge of the day to day operations and provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional groups within the organization.

  • Technical writing of Quality Documents for Operations, Procurement, Integration Lab, and Manufacturing Departments.

  • Technical and tactical knowledge of all services WWT provides in all Technology Centers.

  • Ability to learn, absorb, document, and teach project requirements and assist in enabling teams in Global Technology Centers on building to project requirements in accordance with WWT quality standards.

  • Monitor and support improvement teams by providing DMAIC guidance.

  • Communicate Process Improvement health to leadership and the workforce.

  • Promote and train operations on the principles and benefits of 5S.

  • Support global deployment initiatives:

  • Supports enablement and maintenance of new and current global distribution facility processes and software solutions.

  • Possesses a solid knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes and LEAN manufacturing.

  • Receptive to a rapidly changing business model and operational changes.

  • Travel may be required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required - preferably in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, or Logistics.

  • 7-10 years of experience in relevant field

  • Strong knowledge of planning, purchasing, warehousing, light assembly, distribution, and transportationwithin APAC region.

  • Experience developing and driving adoption of cross departmental processes a plus.

  • Strong ERP (Oracle Applications) experience.

  • Investigative ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills are required.

  • Excellent organizational skills, oral/written communication, and follow-up skills are required.

  • Ability to manage several projects at one time and work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to embrace change of priorities on a regular basis.

  • Availability to travel to support other regional facilities.

  • Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite are required.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin as per territory needs.
