PayPal Head of Lifecycle in Singapore

This role is responsible for end-to-end Lifecycle Value Management of APAC Customers both consumer and merchants.

  • This role is responsible for end-to-end Lifecycle Value Management of APAC Customers both consumer and merchants.

  • The role will be responsible for leading, developing and executing Regional Programs that are common across all 14 markets.

  • Develop and optimise the Activation, Adoption, Grow and Churn CRM strategies, ensuring it engages, excites and educates customers on the value of PayPal and ultimately increases customer retention to stay with PayPal.
