HR Manager, ASEAN & Korea
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Implement HR strategies to align to the overall strategic plan for ASEAN & Korea and to respond to changing business needs
Understand the talent needs of the business & develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders and to upskill the employees
Utilize critical HR metrics to diagnose and address any long term challenges to the business and manage day to day issues
Make recommendations on investments of Central HR Resources (i.e. Training, C&B, Recruitment)
Partner with HR COE to implement specific plans/initiatives for the ASEAN & Korea business (eg, (expand) review, talent acquisition strategies etc)
Partner with HR team and management to formulate business plans, staffing & retention strategies/objectives and human resource guidelines for ASEAN & Korea business
Play a key role with management to assist in organizational modeling and other change management initiatives (i.e. alignment of resources, business expansion, reductions-in-force, mergers and acquisitions and other workforce actions) according to the overall ASEAN & Korea strategic plan
Support the development of competency models and career/learning roadmaps for job families. Conduct competency and skill assessments
Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions
Provide timely update on human resource trend, market intelligence.
Provide management and employee coaching for the resolution of employee issues, career counseling, etc
Examine the organization’s performance requirements in light of its strategies and business objectives and support redesigning structures and/or strategic objectives accordingly
Identify potential compliance exposure and make appropriate resolution recommendations

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience):
Strong Human Resources experience in multiple disciplines (Compensation, Benefits, Training, Organizational, Development, Employee Relations, Recruiting, etc.) is required
Evidence of interaction and influence with senior management required.
Experienced in change management
Experience applying consultative and influencing skills to effectively persuade stakeholders at various levels of management
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
