About This Job:
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the HR Next Generation Implementation. Lead in ensuring the change initiatives and meet the objectives on time and on budget. Work closely with the HR Next Gen APAC Regional Lead on the development and implementation of the plans, ensuring Regional and Global alignment.
Develop an integrated Regional change plan across all key change projects to embed sustainable change management in APAC that maximize employee adoption and usage of the new way of working and the technology and minimize resistance.
Identify Territory/Country change leads and ensure these roles are appointed and supported (with the support of the local leadership);
Apply change management PCI methodology to support adoption of the changes and lead change management activities. Integrate change management activities into project plan
Supervise the communication of the project, so that information goes out in line with global and local requirements
Track and follow up trainings and run assessment surveys if needed, manage the translation of training.
Impact assessment: review and adapt the impact assessment build by the global team based on the complexity in the region. Impact assessment plan and delivery per country
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Run change and engagement sessions with key stakeholders and adapters to ensure user readiness
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
To be successful you have excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to collaborate with internal teams and across the industry, a passion for managing stakeholders across APAC, and strong change management experience.
Ideally have 10-12 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and/or HR Change Management Consulting preferred.
Back-ground as HR practitioner or HR Change Manager will be an added advantage.
Experience in working across the APAC region preferred but not mandatory.
Good presentation skills, both oral and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with preferably used PCI methodology
Good client management skills, authoritative and credible in a client conversation - both in terms of personal style and subject matter expertise.
