  • Toprovide administrative support to team of Regional Accounts Managers

  • Planning and arranging extensiveoverseas travel arrangements – e.g. visas, flights & accommodation

  • Processing reimbursement for travel andentertainment expense reports

  • Work closely with local team adminsupport on office related admin, coordinating team activities and events

  • Secretarial coverage during othersecretaries’ absence when required


  • Possessa Diploma in Business or Personal Secretarial Certificate or equivalent

  • Minimum2 years secretarial experience serving top management

  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in performing responsibilities such ascoordinating travel arrangements preferred

  • GoodKnowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook

  • Professionallevel skills in both oral and written communication
