Position Objective:

Lead the Industrial Sector from a solution sales perspective driving the TTS product agenda with the largest MNC and Asia L2s. The role covers the core Industrials sector as well as the Energy, Power and Chemicals sector. This is the one of the most senior sales roles in Singapore. Providing industry content and thought leadership, guiding country sales teams, and directly managing a few critical client relationships will be required.

As a senior member of the Asia Sales Exco the individual will be required contribute activity to the strategy and direction setting of the sales business in Asia and be involved in transformational projects as and when the need arises.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Head execute the regional sales strategic plan with the goal of deepening our share of wallet of the Corporate and Public Sector client segments TTS wallet ensuring maximization of revenues and returns, in alignment with the global sales strategy and initiatives


Sales Management

  • Set and deliver revenue, wins, and pipeline goals at regional level in conjunction with global process.

  • Maintain client profitability within the constraints of product profitability, TTS client wallet and ability to cross-sell

  • Set scorecard targets and management to drive meeting plan in line with global guidance

  • Ensure pristine compliance and regulatory environment

Staff Management

  • Ensure the TTS Sales team across the region consistently deliver the TTS Sales disciplines including: global network management, account plans, wallet sizing, budgeting, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management, deal review and TTS relationship reviews

  • Deliver robust quality training and ensure talent development across the organization. Sector Heads have a critical role to play in developing talent not only within the regional team, but also amongst the country teams.

  • Partner with Banking & TTS Product/Functions

  • Ensure senior coordination with the ICG partners, including Corporate Bank Industry Heads and Bankers and cooperation with other regions via the global process

  • Ensure seamless communication internally with all internal partners in the region and with other Region Sales Heads/Global Sales Head

  • Manage using the following key measures:

  • Wins growth to drive TTS revenues

  • Pipeline growth

  • Revenue growth

  • Productivity metrics

  • Work with the Singapore TTS Management team to ensure a smooth operational of activities that require sales engagement. This could cut into regulatory, compliance and general business activity.



  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of TTS and other banking products

  • Strong marketing and selling skills & ‘customer first’ mind-set.

  • Proven track record in sale of cash management, trade, and / or technology based consulting solutions.

  • Managed large client relationship from a banking or product perspective


  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and inter-personal skills. Persuasive and articulate personality

  • Good team skills

  • Strong organizational & planning skills: the ability to manage & synthesize many pieces of solution / technical data into a single, flowing solution within tight timeline

  • Strong leadership skills


  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Preference for Sales or coverage background

  • Undergraduate, and preferably a Master’s degree

  • Experience managing a senior team of transactors
