She/He is responsible for the IM Field Force Strategy & Org Structure. She/he will own the Recruitment, Remuneration, On-boarding, Capability Development & Performance Mgmt of all IM Field Force.
To monitor Field Force Performance via Skill Gap Analysis, Knowledge Assessment, Mystery Shopper Audits, Performance Feedback & Attitude/Behavior Checks
Owns Field Force Grading, Improvement Plans & Execution
Management of FF Agencies & their Performance Scorecard Tracking
Achieve full year Sell Out targets based on business projections so as to achieve the overall business objectives for the year.
Team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and drive team spirit
