General Description

She/He is responsible for the IM Field Force Strategy & Org Structure. She/he will own the Recruitment, Remuneration, On-boarding, Capability Development & Performance Mgmt of all IM Field Force.

  • To monitor Field Force Performance via Skill Gap Analysis, Knowledge Assessment, Mystery Shopper Audits, Performance Feedback & Attitude/Behavior Checks

  • Owns Field Force Grading, Improvement Plans & Execution

  • Management of FF Agencies & their Performance Scorecard Tracking

  • Achieve full year Sell Out targets based on business projections so as to achieve the overall business objectives for the year.

  • Team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and drive team spirit

  • Team retention
