The Online Manager for Southeast Asia is responsible for jointly

driving e-Commerce for selected Brands across the Southeast Asia region. Working with

Affiliate, Regional and Global stakeholders, the incumbent will be primarily

responsible for defining an e-Commerce strategy and roadmap to increase brand

awareness, improve online consumer engagement and drive site traffic,

conversion rate and sales through our partner websites.


Business Intelligence

  • Develop short and long term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in linewith Brand and Affiliate strategy

  • Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generatingchannels

  • Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spend bychannel and Brand to maximize ROI

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis

  • Provide eCommerce education and adviceto Brands and share best practices within the Region and Affiliates

Operational Effectiveness

  • Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders toestablish and manage eCommerce activities

  • Build and maintain relationships and communication channels withBrands and Corporate teams

  • Manage information and cross-functional communications to supportbetter decision making

  • Effectively communicate issues and learnings to key stakeholders

  • Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships

Tracking & Reporting

  • Conduct weekly or monthly business reviews with Brands andAffiliates

  • Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness

  • Analyze and explain site metrics trends and recommendanalytics-driven changes to Brands

Campaign Management

  • Plan, manage and execute eCommerce programs and campaigns acrossAffiliates

  • Take ownership of Brands’ consolidated annual, quarterly andmonthly campaign calendars

  • Define business requirements, operational metrics and keyperformance indicators for campaign measurement

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that ariseduring the course of campaign execution

  • Execute and analyse campaigns to ensure and maximize effectivenessand produce optimal ROI

Project Management

  • Take businessownership of new site launches and functionality enhancements

  • Key liaisonbetween Brands, Affiliates and partner teams


  • Atleast 5 years’ experience in eCommerce or Online Marketing gained from aconsumer-focused Brand, eCommerce provider or digital agency practice

  • Experiencewith luxury or prestige industry related brands is a plus, but notmandatory

  • Regionalwork experience would be viewed favorably

  • Able to work with people at all levelsacross the organisation

  • Skilled at influencing opinion toaccomplish business goals and objectives while maintaining stronginterpersonal relationships

  • Decisive, can make sound decisions inthe face of pressure

  • Extremely detail orientated with strongsense of work prioritisation

  • Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning,independent and innovative
