What you’ll be doing… *LI-AD1

The Partner Manager, Southeast Asia will be responsible for working with the team to Touch and Influence revenue generated from Tableau’s Value Added Resellers, Distributors and Alliance Partner network in Southeast Asia. The role will preferably be based in Singapore. The Manager will execute channel programs, from channel program definitions, partner measurement and success metrics, partner pricing schedules, and partner on-boarding and enablement. The manager is also preferred to have past direct sales experience and during that time, have involved in collaborating with partners in selling. The manager will work hand-in-hand with our marketing team and global partner staff on partner resources. This role is a high impact and that plays an integral role in the success of the Southeast Asia channel strategy by working with the Tableau’s partner ecosystems.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the partner engagement model

  • Manage program to maximize sales revenue and touch and Influence revenue from Tableau’s VARs, Distributors and Alliance Partners

  • Single point of contact for partners, including on-boarding, partner account management, Q&A, etc.

  • Responsible for input into Tableau channel programs, including assisting with program definitions, oversight, pricing, and channel resources

  • Work directly with marketing team to develop channel marketing program, including enhanced partner website portal, partner product certification and training, collateral, etc.

  • Proven track record in partner management

  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are…

  • Experienced . You have 10+years of software channel sales experience in multiple geographies in APAC and at least 3+ years of experience working with Partners.

  • Builder . Ability to strategically identify and build relationships with appropriate channel partners including, Resellers, Systems Integrators, and other related partners.

  • Domain . Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred. Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.

  • Performer . A demonstrated track record as a top performer throughout his or her career. Has worked at quality companies known for effective, best-practices channel organizations. Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue, and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers.

  • Entrepreneurial . Strong business skills; effective in “seeing” the underlying issues and opportunities in Public Sector.

  • Passion and Conviction . Good at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
