World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Program Manager within the Professional Services Department. This Program Management role will be based in the Singapore. A minimum of five years’ experience in a Professional Services environment is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Overall responsibility for the Program & Project P&L to ensure good financial performance

•Lead and manage projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA’s are met

•Ongoing continuous improvement in program value to customer and financial performance. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction

•Maintain communication with client sponsors and managers of the program/project. Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects

•Maintain communication with suppliers as appropriate in support of the program/project

•Manage schedule, scope and milestone performance of the program/project

•Manage the day-to-day program/projects as needed to grow the business

•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

•Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation. Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects

•Manage WWT cross functional issues. Ensure all functions within WWT are performing to program/project expectations

•Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects

•Manages and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects

•Reviews high-level deliverables across projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Minimum 10-12 years of Project Management experience. PMP certification is required, Agile Certification desired

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field

•Project Management training in at least two (2) Technology Areas are preferred

-Technologies: Routing & Switching, IP Telephony, Compute, Storage, Cloud Automation

•Excellent understanding of financial processes. Understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports

•Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Strong experience working on customer facing project.

•Proven experience with people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management

•Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

•Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers

•Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines

•Strong team skills

•Strong problem solving skills

•Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

•Proficiency with project management software
