- The profile will focus on creating and maintaining mutually beneficial and lasting relationships between MDT and the target physicians for the Cardiac Vascular Group, including Opinion Leaders and upcoming practitioners.
The incumbent will maintain an open line of communication with physicians, hospital administration and work to maintain and grow the presence of CVG business in the account.
Manage current KOL platform with field based programs to support and verify speaker activity.
Partner with Marketing, Training Education, and Compliance Teams to develop broad intermediate term/long-term KOL plans for the SEA commercial organization.
Develop training and communication plans for KOL management processes.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining an updated physician database.
The incumbent will be leading the profiling relationship management with the customers in the region.
The incumbent will be responsible to measure outcomes in therapy awareness and penetration programs.
Prior Proven experience in successfully implementing CME, RTM, and Patient Awareness programs.
Candidate should have demonstrated behavior to develop the rapport with critical stakeholders like Nurses, Technicians, Colleagues, and Hospital administrators.
Should have strong negotiation skills to sell and deliver values to hospitals.
Should have the exposure to Tender specifications on Price/Technical bids Experience in delivering results time again while exceeding expectations.
Demonstrated situations where he/she has worked with both external internal teams collaborated helped to come up with decisions ideas that have helped the success of initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with SEA Business Leaders as a strategic partner to the businesses.

Skill, Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 10 years of solid sales/marketing management experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience of Dealing with multiple stakeholders in complex environment.
Experience of handling a Concept selling based Therapy.
Experience of working in Cath lab. Will be added advantage.
Must be strategically agile and forward thinking - anticipating and actively executing 1-3 yr project plans in complex competitive marketplace.
Understanding of Science-based marketing, customer needs, and the marketing process.
Experience in Project management, database management.
Experience in organizing tradeshows and continuing education.
Good knowledge and work experience in Southeast Asia markets.
Ability to manage multi-businesses and functions.
Solid understanding of the Country’s healthcare system, regulatory and reimbursement processes.
Strategic long term thinker, capable of mapping execution to a plan.
Local language skills and empowered data driven decision making.

Bachelor in Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering.
PG degree in Business Management is preferred.
