Position

Mission:

Work closely with the Area Manager / Regional Director, and local teams, business partners (agents), Indonesian JV, and HQ, in order to drive Guerlain sell-out on 3-axis (skincare, makeup, fragrance) in APAC export markets> Regional scope - 10 countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka> Key focus markets: Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

Define Regional Training strategy and objectives to support regional sales objectives> Coach and train local Retail and Training managers, key focus markets BC / Generic staff when applicable > Build strong team relationships and transmit brand values with passion and enthusiasm to the local trainers and BCs, in line with the brand marketing strategies> Build and implement a 360 Retail approach including tools together with the Agents training / brand manager team, in line with Guerlain Retail Excellence program existing tools (reports, process, BC profile)> Support the agents team by setting up for Key focus markets a BC productivity target and implement/set KPI / tools to monitor > Provide brand animation support when applicable with local agents team for local or regional events in order to help maximize brand equity (market share, awareness, visibility)

1) Training

Identify training needs with short-term and long-term goals to define strategies and programs to achieve them in liaise with key focus markets training team:o Define training guidelines: duration, content, frequency, content in Englisho Participate in local trainings especially with key retailers / in key doorso "Train the trainers": train local retail and training managers about all products knowledge and specific training modules on our 3-axis portfolio o Internal training: train new local Brand Managers> Customize and adapt existing global training material to suit APAC market (SK routine, MU looks)> Develop Export specific training modules: induction, DNA, PRC, Focus "Competitor X", promoters...

2) Retail

Be the on-field "ambassador" and "brand expert" towards BA and key staff on-field retailers> Implement Retail Excellence program in key doors and follow-up regularly on progress o Follow the retail Excellence tools and stepso Identify with agent's BA talent profile and identify path development opportunity o Drive Retail performance through field coaching program including linked selling techniques, selling tips, makeup application tips, etc. o BC productivity: help agents to motivate BA and set-up relevant KPI to monitor performance at counter level> Support agents for key events / animations, as a Brand Ambassador > Ensure implementation of visual merchandising and product assortments are following the brand guidelines while on the field > Conduct ongoing research on market trends and consumer insights to provide qualitative report feedback to the Marketing and Commercial team

3) Reports/ Analysis

Traveling, agenda plan / After visit reports to be provided after each training / coaching session > Monthly activity report to be sent to Regional Director and Area Manager > Budget meetings presentation including yearly regional strategic plan plans in line with Area Manager strategy/targets

Profile

5 years' experience in training, preferably in Beauty & Cosmetics as a core focus > Needs to be self-driven, independent with autonomy> Strong leadership, coaching and management skills> Self-motivated and results oriented with a Retail mindset> Positive, energetic with passion for Beauty across makeup, skincare and fragrances> Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills > Excellent grooming matching brand DNA with high sense of luxury and service> Fluent in English> Proficient computer skills are necessary - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)> Willing to travel frequently (50% of the time)
