The Oracle Mid Market Digital
team is seeking a smart, customer-obsessed, detail-oriented Digital Marketing
Manager to drive and manage digital marketing campaigns across the APAC region,
through a proactive, data-driven approach.
In this role, you will
translate marketing objectives into digital tactics, aimed at increasing
awareness, adoption, and leads for Oracle’s Mid Market Org.
You will take a test and
learn approach to your daily work, regularly experiment with new channels and
campaign approaches, and optimize ongoing programs through content, reporting,
and deep analysis.
The ideal candidate has a
track record of success in campaign management and lead generation, and is very
metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting complex reports, and translating the
results into future campaign actions.
The right candidate has
strong communication and project management skills and is comfortable with
planning and executing on various stages of digital marketing programs;
demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure
entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and
proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number
of internal stakeholders.
Regional CampaignStrategy including:
Aligning withcommunication strategy designed by the Apps or Tech Mid-market content,manage and execute multi-faceted digital marketing programs and campaignchannels, including email, nurture, retargeting, search, and social, andensuring proper tracking and reporting for effectiveness
Design, execute, andtest highly effective digital campaigns to improve demand generation andnurture communications
Develop project plans,including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels forlead generation
Use data and testing tooptimize and improve content and targeting for digital marketing channels
Be a subject matterexpert in digital tool usage and optimisation of tools
Liaise with data teamon pulling the correct persona data for the implementation of theprograms.
Management of campaignbudgets
Forecast, track, andreport campaign effectiveness metrics and overall ROI to internalstakeholders
Monitor, analyze andtune marketing activities to maximize conversion and key metrics
With Field teams, tracklead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up allleads in a timely manner with field teams
Manage campaignbriefings and status with DDG and/or ODP teams
Weekly updates andregular briefings and status reporting
Be invited to presentand share digital best practice at key leadership meetings.
Liaise with local teamsto ensure programs are executed on time and aligned on activities
8years full-time experience in mid-market sales / marketing
IT marketing experiencerequired.
Solid understanding ofsocial media and the digital landscape of the future
Experience delivering mid-marketmessaging using storytelling to define and produce a marketing solution.
Strong communication,relationship management, organizational and project management skills
Ability to identifyopportunities for growth.
Bachelor’s degree orequivalent in a related field
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
