Job Responsibilities:

The SCS Operations Senior Officer is responsible for preparing performance related report, cost related reports and management reports for senior management review. He/she will need to work closely with local operation personnel, other functions as well as countries on various reporting activities and conducts audits on operations records to ensure compliance with UPS policies and procedures.


  • Research and gather statistical information to prepare various reports on FGV and End to End Performances.

  • Interact with local operation personnel for End to End failures and exceptions and come up with the required Corrective Action Plan.

  • Utilizes data received from other support functions (e.g., Finance etc.) to prepare management reports for senior management review.

  • Assist in Business Planning activities, including providing weekly reporting on Country performance against Plan

  • Addresses shipment level profitability, working closely with local operation personnel

  • Support pricing level activities, including periodic reporting

  • Generates cost-related reports (e.g. airline and transportation expenses, payroll and overtime expenses) to identify the performance of the business unit.

  • Conducts document management audits to ensure Operations (AIR and OCEAN) records are updated and filed in accordance with UPS policies and procedures.

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Preferably from Transportation, Logistics or Airlines industry

  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, attention to details

  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications

  • Adhere to policies and procedures

  • Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
