We are currently seeking a Process Development Engineers, ranging from recently graduated through to Senior Level to join our growing Singapore team based at our Galaxis office.

Let’s talk about the role:

At ResMed we focus on capability and passion. The Senior Process Development Engineer within the Manufacturing Process Engineering NPI team will work with different teams to source and introduce new materials, equipment and processes into Technology and Product Development in support of future product concepts to be realised.

The Senior Process Development Engineer will be working with engineers to develop product concepts that are manufacturable according to quality, cost, OH&S targets while encouraging progressive approach to introduction of or improvement to new materials and processes.

The Senior Process Development Engineer will also implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best in class operational measures of quality and efficiency.

Let’s talk about you:

You will have the ability to work autonomously, flexibly and focus on delivering results to ensure success in the role. You will have extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment for high volume production of discrete products and has the experience and knowledge of medical device product development process and possess process validation skills.

You will have excellent communication and documentation skills, including experience in doing technical reports and be able to manage working with competing priorities of projects with the achievement of early new product launch, within a strict regulated quality system environment.

You will be degree qualified in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing with a reasonable amount of relevant work experience ideally in volume manufacturing, process validation and experience in plastic and/or LSR injection moulding.
